DETAILED INFORMATION
We are one of the largest manufacturers, exporters & suppliers of 316Ti Werkstoff Nr. 1.4571 Pipes & Tubes in the world. We also offer UNS S31635 Seamless & Welded Pipes & Tubes as well.
As one of the leading manufacturers, exporters & suppliers of high quality ASTM A312 TP 316TI Stainless Steel Pipes & tubes, we are able to meet the needs of our clients in a variety of ways. Almost all of our products conform to various national and international standards. Our pipes and tubes are available in a wide range of sizes & shapes as per the requirements of our clients. We manufacture them in both seamless as well as welded constructions. Our pipes & tubes are also available at very reasonable rates.
SS 316Ti Pipes are easy to install and have a long working life. Purohit Pipes Industries is a reputed manufacturer and exporter of such pipes. The Stainless Steel 316Ti Tube is a standard carbon steel tube with titanium stabilisation. It is similar to the titanium stabilisation of carbon steel tubes to create 321, which in principle is the same as the titanium stabilisation of carbon steel tubes. As it turns out, Stainless Steel 316Ti Tubes are a derivative of 316, just the same way that 321 is related to 304. Stainless Steel 316Ti Seamless Pipes are also similar to 316L Seamless Pipes but have better high temperature and mechanical strength. It has been demonstrated in the literature that these stainless steel 316Ti seamless pipes (UNS S31635) are more resistant to general corrosion and pitting/crevice corrosion when compared to conventional austenitic stainless steels such as 304 containing chromium-nickel. For applications that require high temperatures, the stabilised 316Ti Welded Pipes should be used. Stainless steel 316Ti Welded Pipes (DIN 1.4571), which are mainly used in the field of pulp and paper equipment, heat exchangers, propeller shafts, fittings, dyeing equipment and exterior architectural components in the marine coastal area are some of the applications.
We offer stainless steel seamless and welded pipes made from 316Ti stainless steel at a very competitive price. We supply stainless steel seamless and welded pipes worldwide, such as those used in electricity, petroleum, natural gas, chemicals, shipbuilding, heating, papermaking, metallurgy, and many other industries.
About AISI 316Ti (S31635) Stainless Steel
As a standard carbon 316Ti grade stainless steel, it has been typically specified by German engineers and users using the Werkstoff number 1.4571. Basically, this grade is a standard carbon 316 type with titanium stabilization. The titanium stabilization is similar in principle to the titanium stabilization of 304 (1.4301) types to make 321 (1.4541). Following heating between 42 and 815 degrees Celsius, titanium is added as a means of reducing the chances of intergranular corrosion (IC).
It is considered a better corrosion resistance grade than 316L due to the titanium content that gives it better corrosion resistance and strength when there is friction between the two surfaces. Titanium gives this grade a better corrosion resistance than 316L because titanium increases corrosion resistance and increases strength.
A stainless steel 316 (SS316) is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel that contains a minimum of 2.5% molybdenum, which provides improved corrosion resistance as well as pitting resistance against chloride ions solutions, and is commonly known as the Mo-Added version of SS304 because of the additional molybdenum it contains. SS316 is also known as the “Mo-Added” version of SS304. As a result of its extra-low carbon content, Stainless Steel 316L (SS316L) is a version of SS316 that minimizes dangerous carbide precipitation when welding. This is an exceptional corrosion-resistant material with exceptional resistance to sulfuric, hydrochloric, acetic, formic, tartaric, and acid sulfates and alkaline chlorides as well as other corrosive acids.

What are the SS 316TI Pipes?
It is well known that stainless steel 316Ti is an excellent material choice for many applications because of its superior strength and corrosion resistance properties. In many industries including chemical processing plants, power generation facilities, and oil refineries, where extreme temperatures and high levels of humidity may be present, this type of coating is used in highly corrosive environments. This type of stainless steel has a number of benefits, including superior corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning, minimal maintenance requirements, formability, excellent mechanical properties, and greater heat transfer capabilities than most materials used today in industrial settings, as well as superior corrosion resistance when compared with other materials such as carbon steel or plastics. Our company offers a wide range of products such as SS 317L Pipes, etc.
How are stainless steel 316Ti pipes used in the construction industry?
There are many industries in which stainless steel 316Ti pipes are used such as the chemical processing industry, petrochemical industry, oil and gas industry, food processing industry, pharmaceutical industry, and marine industry, where a high level of corrosion resistance and heat resistance is required. Moreover, they are also used in the manufacture of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and pipelines as well.
Would it be possible for you to tell me what the benefits of using stainless steel 316Ti pipes are?
Stainless Steel 316Ti Pipes provide excellent corrosion and heat resistance, particularly when used in high-temperature environments, which is one of the benefits of using them. It is also easy to clean and maintain these systems, making them a popular choice for industries that require hygienic conditions because they are easy to maintain.
