Purohit Pipe Industries conducts all necessary tests on Cupro Nickel 70/30 Flanges before dispatching them to our clients to ensure the quality of delivered products. Among the NDT tests used on Copper Nickel Forged Flanges are Positive Material Identification (PMI), Penetrating liquids, Ferrite content, Hydrostatic testing (pressure testing), Magnetic particles, Macrography, Micrography, Pneumatic Pressure, and Radiography. In the pipeline, pressure testing is the most commonly specified test, especially for mission-critical flanges.
Packing and forwarding of copper nickel forged flanges
There are several ways to pack Copper Nickel Forged Flanges, but two principles are essential for any method to work: prevent rusting and secure sea transportation. We pack all Copper Nickel Forged Flanges with a seaworthy packing method and deliver them to customers, usually in wooden boxes and wooden pallets. In addition to being seaworthy and strong, we make sure that it is easy to load and unload. Copper Nickel Forged Flanges are packed in environmental poly bags, and then in free fumigation wooden cases or plates. Shipment and product details are also printed on the outside of the package. Copper Nickel Forged Flanges are packaged in wooden corrugated boxes foiled with bubble wrap and plastic wrap.
