A sheet product that is made through a series of pouncing and stamping processes is often made of mild steel (low carbon steel) or plain steel (carbon steel) with a variety of perforation patterns, including round, square, slot, and hexagonal.
In general, perforated sheets with higher carbon content will have a higher hardness but lower ductility and weldability. We supply multiple perforated steel sheets made from different steel materials, including AISI1018, 1144, 12L14, and 8620 steel, in order to achieve the desired effect.

- Mild Steel Perforated Sheets:
There are several applications for Mild Steel Perforated Sheets, including ventilation grilles, drying grids, and infill plates.
