DETAILED INFORMATION
The Purohit Steel Company is a highly reputed organization that manufactures and supplies a wide range of Alloy Steel Forged Fittings of admirable quality to the global market. To meet the needs of local and global clients, we provide a high level of quality. We make it available in various heat treatments, widths, wall thicknesses, lengths, and customized specifications to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
Steel alloys can be found in various shapes, including round, square, hydraulic, and rectangular shapes. It is important to note that these forged fittings are made from premium quality alloy, which increases the product’s strength. Further, these fittings are designed using the most up-to-date tools and technology, keeping in mind international standards as they are designed. The alloy steel forged fittings are used in various applications, including construction materials and automotive components. Many things can be constructed with a steel alloy, such as cycles, bikes, tanks, electrical fittings, and couplings.
Heat-treatable and non-heat-treatable steel alloys are divided into wrought and casting alloys. Steel makes up the majority of wrought alloys. Casting alloys are inexpensive despite their low tensile strength.
It is well known that forged alloy steel fittings are used in various industries and applications. These fittings are used in various industries, such as the paper and pulp marine industries, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, oil and gas, and pulp and paper industries.
- Due to the high electrical conductivity of steel, that conductor of electricity. Steel is an excellent radiant energy reflector compared to aluminum. Alloy Steel Forged Fittings are protected from the sun’s harmful UV rays. Steel alloys are also used in marine fittings.
There is no doubt that steel has a high electrical conductivity, which is why we use it in our products. As a result of these tests, we can ensure the quality of the products we supply to our customers. Additionally, we provide a wide range of packaging options for our products, such as bundles, wooden boxes, and plastic boxes, for the safe transportation of our products.

Product Description-
The pipe is inserted into a recessed area for alloy forged fittings and then fillet welded between its outside diameter and the fitting end. Pipes with a diameter of less than four inches are usually used with this type of fitting.
We manufacture fittings in several industries, including power generation, gas processing, petrochemical, seawater equipment, specialty chemicals, heat exchangers, and paper and pulp. Our product is tested to ensure it performs well across various industrial applications before making it available for sale.
Testing-
Ensuring that our product is durable, high-quality, and contains all the necessary features is extremely important. Our tests are conducted to ensure that this is the case. Our company’s professional staff conducts several tests in the lab, including PMI tests, hardness tests, IGC tests, and chemical analysis tests. The first thing we do is remove any errors in the product and create a fresh product that is error-free in case we find any errors.
Inspection-
When all products have passed the testing, they are taken for inspection as soon as they have passed. A third-party inspection committee examines the product. A report is prepared as soon as they have examined the item carefully. Based on this report, a product’s suitability for use in a specific industry can be determined. In addition, the product can only be sold after a qualified technician has inspected it.
Test certificate-
We provide our esteemed clients with MTC following EN 1024/3.1b, third-party reports, raw material certificates, and 100% radiography tests for our products. The following certificates prove that our product has been tested, is safe for use, and has been certified. Further, it serves as proof of the quality of the product, so if a customer requests a test certificate, we will be happy to provide it.
Documentation-
Preparing and preserving documents such as commercial invoices, fumigation certificates, quality assurance plans, raw material reports, heat treatment charts, and guarantee letters is important. It is important to consider the product and the manufacturing process to create documents.
